Terms of service
Last updated: 20 September 2026
By using secstackhq.com or engaging SecStackHQ for services or training, you agree to the terms below.
Using this website
Content here is for information. You may read, share and link to it. You may not copy it wholesale, republish it as your own, or use it to represent yourself as SecStackHQ. Do not attempt to attack, scan or disrupt this website; testing without written permission is not research, it is an offence.
Security services
- All testing requires a signed agreement and written authorisation from the legal owner of the target systems.
- Scope, timing and rules of engagement are agreed in writing before work starts, and we stay inside them.
- Testing describes the security posture during the test window. It is not a guarantee that a system is free of all vulnerabilities, then or later.
- Findings and client information are confidential and are not shared without written permission.
- Quotes are fixed for the agreed scope. Changes to scope are re-quoted before the extra work begins.
Development and SEO work
Deliverables, milestones and payment schedule are set out in the project agreement. Ownership of delivered code and content transfers to you once the final invoice is paid. Search rankings depend on factors outside our control, so we commit to the technical work agreed, never to a specific position on a results page.
Academy enrolment
- Seats are confirmed once fees are received, and are limited per batch.
- Fees may be paid in two instalments where agreed in advance.
- Refunds: a full refund is available up to 7 days before the batch starts, and a 50% refund up to the second class. After the second class, fees are not refundable.
- Free workshop seats are non-transferable and may be released if you do not show up.
- Course materials and lab access are for your personal learning. Sharing recordings, credentials or materials ends your enrolment without refund.
- Exam vouchers from EC-Council or any other body are not included in the fee unless stated in writing.
- Skills taught here are for authorised testing only. Using them against systems you do not own or have permission to test breaks these terms and Pakistan's Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act, and ends your enrolment immediately.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim connected to our services is limited to the fees you paid for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit or lost data.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, with courts in Karachi having jurisdiction. Questions: info@secstackhq.com.
